Why we exist

Most of the locksmith ads you see when you search "locksmith near me" do not lead to local locksmiths. They lead to dispatch services that pass the call to whoever answers first, which is sometimes a real local locksmith and sometimes a subcontractor with a "$15 service call" hook and a final bill that does not match the quote. We started Locksmith Savannah to be the other option.

We work on cars. We work on houses. We work on businesses. We work on safes, mailboxes, file cabinets, and motorcycle keys. We do all of that because the same Savannah customer often needs more than one of those services over time, and we would rather be the one call.

What we believe about pricing

Locksmith pricing is rarely a flat fee. The reason is that no two jobs are the same — a key replacement on a 2009 Civic is a different job than a key replacement on a 2023 RAV4 with proximity smart keys. What we promise instead is a real price range on the phone before we drive out, and a confirmed final price before any work begins. No bait and switch. No surprise charges at the end of the visit.

How we work

For automotive work, we come to the car. For residential and commercial work, we come to the property. For most lockouts, we pick or bypass first — drilling is a last resort, not the default. We use the right tool for the right lock, and we do not damage hardware unnecessarily.

What we do not do

We do not pretend every call is an emergency to charge an emergency rate. We do not run bait-and-switch pricing. We do not push the most expensive hardware when something simpler is the right answer. We do not invent problems on residential calls to inflate the bill. And we do not ghost customers after a job — if something we installed is not working right, we want to know.
